The Big Day ... what to expect

Saturday 11th July 2026, 12-4pm
Binsted Recreation Ground, GU34 4PB

Join us for an afternoon of family fun. The weather is predicted to be HOT, so please make sure you bring along your sun hats and cream and your re-fillable water bottles!​

Thursday 9th July

6-8pm                Registration for the Flower and Photography Competition at the recreation ground.​

Friday 10th July.

5pm                   All hands on the rec as we raise the marquees. Free Cider and Beer for helpers. 

 

Saturday 11th July

9am                    We are open for stallholders     Delivery of Flower Entries.

10.00-10.50am.  Bake off entries delivered.

11.00am.            Bake Off and Flower show entries- judging commences

12.00pm             Binsted Fete OPENS!

1.00pm               Dog Show judging starts

2.00pm               Mini Disco at the music area.

3.20pm               Flower, Produce & Craft Show & Photography Competition Winners Announced &                                    Trophy Presentation

3.30pm               Grand Raffle Draw

4pm                    Binsted Fete Closes

4.30pm.              The big clear up! Willing volunteers will be rewarded.
