The deadline to submit completed Registration Forms for the Photography Competition is 8pm on Thursday 10th July 2025. ONLY children’s Registration Forms (16 years and under) may be submitted on the day of the show (before 9.45am).

You can register your entries by submitting a completed Registration Form before 8pm on Thursday 10th July in one of the following three ways:

In person - Registration Forms can be submitted on Thursday 10th July 2025 between 6pm – 8pm at the Pavilion on Binsted Recreation Ground.
By Email – email your completed Registration Form to info@binstedfete.co.uk and ensure your photograph is delivered to Findlay Sinclair either at Binsted Rec on 10th July or by posting it as below.
By Post/ Hand Delivered – c/o Binsted Fete Photos, Fairview, The Street, Binsted, GU34 4PF or c/o Binsted Fete Photos, Wisteria Cottage, Mill Court, Alton, GU34 4JF.

 

All entries must have been registered by the submission of a Registration Form in accordance with the above.

All entries (flowers, produce, craft etc) must then be delivered to the Marquee on Binsted Rec between 7:30am – 9.45am on Saturday 12th July 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: The Marquee will be closed from 10am for judging.

 

1. Entry Fee: £2 per class (Children’s entries are FREE) – (i) payment in cash (ii) Bank Transfer – Lloyds acc number 00021109 //sort code 30-99-09 [use surname as reference] or (iii) SumUp card payment if registering at the Recreation Ground on Thursday 10th July.

2. Please write on the back of your entry; Your Name, Category, and state if “novice” (never entered before) or “junior” (for under 16)

3. All photos must be mounted on or under a piece of card or stiff paper or printed with a plain border (this is for ease of exhibiting so that pins do not damage the photograph)

4. Maximum mount size is A5 (half an A4 sheet of paper) 14.8 x 21cm

5. Only one entry per person per class

6. A print may be entered in one class only

7. All photographs must have been taken and, if relevant, digitally manipulated by the exhibitor

8. The print must be from a single original image and not be a compilation of two or more images

9. Images may be colour or monochrome and any type of camera may be used

10. If you would like to enter, but are unable to print your own picture, please email info@binstedfete.co.uk as soon as possible.

 

All trophies may be held for one year. If you were a winner from 2024, we would be very grateful if you could return the trophy(s) you have won to the committee by 10th June 2025 to enable name engraving to be done.
